It does seem rather strange that I can use Squadron from lvl 20-60, with Shadowbringers there's the Trust system for those dungeon, but now there's a gap between 60-70.
Why?

To live Each day is a Hell of a Miracle
I was extremely disappointed by this as well.
That said, I imagine they know how much work needs to be done polishing the Squadron AI,
So maybe we'll see significant changes to it in 5.1 or 5.2

Make it happen.
They probably will in a later patch. No point throwing everything at you now.
I doubt anything will happen, because the Trust-system is already here, which in essence is just a re-skinned squadron, so the argument about AI doesn't hold up.
But Trust system only begin at level 71.
I think the sqadron's lv 70 cap will come in a later patch with a new GC rank
If so the pacing is really off: SQ releases a re-skinned squadron for current content, but doesn't up the already existing squadron to bridge the gap from lvl 60 - 70 to let people quickly level to get to current content?
The trust isn't anything like a reskinned squadron. Trusts have their own individual AI based on character personalities and are scripted precisely for those dungeons. Squadrons all share the same AI, and you can throw them in any dungeon and they'll literally do the same thing each time, regardless of role or character. They won't do mechanics, they won't dodge aoes, etc.
They have more important things to sort out than niche content like squadrons. I'm sure it'll get some love eventually, but it's such a minor thing, like everything else you've complained about in all your spammy threads.
Just wait till 5.1, they'll most likely increase the level cap then and probably add some of the level 60 dungeons and begin adding SB ones starting with Sirensong Sea...
It was 4.1 when they increased the level cap in SB...
I wouldn't call it niche. I'd call it essential.
Without quality NPC AI the whole dungeon experience is limited to speed running, and a significant portion of players don't want to do that content.
At the moment those players find any and all alternatives to leveling up alt jobs.
Fates, Levequests, and although it's a kind of speed run, Deep Dungeon is at least different enough some people just do that instead.
Yeah, I get it. It's an ONLINE GAME. And I will say that I absolutely love playing with others when it comes to stuff like Primal fights.
Just ... not the 4-Player dungeons. I can't stand it. I just put up with it sometimes and on some rare occasion I MIGHT feel like it.
Mileage on this point may vary from person to person, but in general, opening this content up to be taken on without the Rush is critical, not 'Niche'
