TBN is targetable though. If you cast it onto somebody who can't use flood/edge, then they won't be able to benifit from dark arts? This encourages you to use it on yourself, or party with a second DRK?

Its far more engaging to play now in comparison to old DRK, there are more buttons to press frequently instead of mashing one. First minute/ 30 seconds of fight on DRK is super intense, there are a lot of stuff you want to press at the same time.

I liked being able to burst when I wanted to, based on my MP and my choices. I liked that chance to be high skill, even if I was likely doing it wrong. I thought that being able to stack charges would let me burst in a similar way, but if almost nothing charges, what's the point?

You get the dark arts charge when it pops, no matter who it pops on (presumably.)
