Cool and for healers it is not, and never will be, only the tanks job. If you can't push a button when it's off cd and you have agro, then you're just being a prideful donkey. Can't heal your group if your dead. But somehow I don't think you really care about that, just as long as your pride is intact.

Except it is now only the tanks job with changes to 5.0 . And the community have themselves to blame for that

Sure its the fault of people unwilling or lacking time to teach the majority how to properly do something and it is simultaneously NOT our job to babysit someone's bad habits. Lets just agree to put the advice out there for people and Move off this subject. Please?

So I got Mentor Rouletted into Tsukuyomi(Normal), not too bad right? (I was play WHM) I cast my protect, I Explain to them the mechanics and mark myself for them to follow for the fans. The first phase and transition went amazingly. Everyone followed what they were supposed to do, healing was spot on by my co-healer, I thought we were gonna clear it in no time.

2 hours later

I solo healed that fight and casted LB3 so many times. The tanks didnt understand the moon phase mechanic, my co-healer was tanking the floor boss 90% of the time and the DPS stood in the Tank busters because either the tanks moved her to face the group or they didnt want to move from the tanks. The only thing they had 0 trouble with was the fans.

I love my little leafs but HOLY COW, It was like watching a dumpster fire. I had faith in you all but jfc.

Hate when it turns out like this so much lol. Especially if the people involved in the run aren't necessarily bad people. They're just sprouts making sprout mistakes, which we've all done before. But too long can sour moods.

Was working on WT last night, and ended up in a raid with a co-healer who would only cast cure/II, medica II & regen on the full party. Can't say I've seen that before in all my years. I was half tempted to visit them after and give them a wee bit of a head's up, but it was late and I ended up logging off :X

That's SO weird... I had a WHM cohealer in my MSQ roulette maybe 3-4 days ago who did this - every time we stopped for a pull or were at a boss, they would put regens on everyone. I'm on Coeurl too, so maybe it was the same person haha. At least I HOPE it was... would be scary if there were two WHM's like that running around... D:

Tank gets Regen, DPS get to settle for MedII as a side effect of the Tank needing two regens. *Says this mostly in a joking manner, though it's kinda true*
