    Do we know if it's still a ground-target? I just assumed they'd make it work like the DNC rush thing.

    I saw it used in a 5.0 video. It still has the target color change at max range, and probable fail if too far.
    Note: The reviewer took a long time trying to feel out the range, which is the same for me, and why I don't use it to get out of large AOE's.
    The few times I tried, it took too long to find the distance, or had it fail, so I got blown up anyway. It's more reliable to just sprint out, then use it to jump back into melee range sooner. No risk there.
