Any sanctuary bestows rested exp. So you can logout in town or an outpost.

I've had rested exp built up from when I finished leveling my last job a month or so ago so rested XP should be at max, ready to go by this point. ^^

The inn rooms will give you more rested bonus than a sanctuary, though, so at least while playing through the expansion, it's better to log out at an inn if possible.
