healer doesn't heal and pld has to clemency

And this is your answer right there. My way of dealing with this would be to let myself die. If i have to do the healers job when im either a tank or dps just so the healer can keep on afk or dps full time, then we have a problem and a lesson needs to taught. Your sch saw that he didnt need to focus on you since you healed yourself, so he focused instead on dpsing, afking or healing the dps first. Many do this for a lot of reasons and get away with it. Not with me lol, i am understanding and patient and will give tips if needed but i wont play someone elses job so they can sit back, call me harsh but i dont do the same to others, i know how stressful it can turn out when someone has to overplay to compensate other's lack of interest. I have to get stressed out cause you want to chill and just stand there? Nope.

A few days ago i wanted to do a few dungeons for my SB-Tank mount and queued for 70-roulette with my PLD.

Got Swallows Compass with a WHM, SMN and BLM.
I do the first wall pull and the WHM starts with Holy spam, awesome!
I take almost no dmg anyways and the mobs die super fast.
The next pulls happen, same procedure the mobs are melting, i love it.

While running up to the first boss, i notice the BLM is missing.
I wait a few secs and pull then anyways.

After a few more secs, the BLM writes something in french and left...
The only word i could read was "healer". The healer wrote just a ? and I told him, that he was doing great.

We kill the boss with 3 of us easy and start looking for other dps.

After a while the healer says something about the BLM somehow being not ok with him dpsing because "he couldn´t get his rotation" or something (he probably tried google-translator).

We got a new dps from my fc and cleared the dungeon in no time.

TDLR: BLM left dungeon and took 30 penalty, because mobs were dieing to fast because of healer dps and he couldn´t do his rotation...LOL

Yeah, I get that it's a mistake that can be easily made. I shouldn't jump to conclusions. It was more their behavior in the instance that led me to think they were likely trolling on that as well. Thankfully a day or so of avoiding DF like the plague has chilled me out about the whole thing!

I know people who have received 10-day bans for cursing. It seems to be the easiest thing to punish for on here, so fair warning.
