    Please let mage 's active mode become more useful.

    I think that it look silly on how you never pull your rod/wand up in fighting at all as a mage. With the current battle design, it is best to stay on passive mode and just have your rod/wand hanging in your body ,never even need to touch it.

    So.. I would think that it would be cool, if SE can balance this out and allow mage to use active mode in a fight too. (Mage doesn't have much to do in a fight currently.) I can understand that in patch 1.19. SE has an temporary fix for mage to be able to cast spell in passive mode. I think it is good addition, however, I don't think it is good to make "passive mode spell = as strong as = active mode spell" Passive mode suppose to be better in term of "I need as much regen as I can" instead if "this is the only best mode"

    It doesn't necessary to be like my idea. But I think some good examples which is make sense and make active mode useful:


    "At active mode, mag potency and heal potency become 15% higher"
    (Make mage to go active mode before casting spell, and rest in passive mode for mp regen)

    or

    "Only at active mode that your weapon status will become useful"
    (I think this is very make sense. In most people image, wizard won't have power grant from rod if he just put the rod hang over his back)

    or

    "Let phantom dart become mage 's auto-attack"
    (I think this is only make sense because mage has TP skill too.)


    Please like this thread, if you think that mage 's active mode should be somewhat useful.
