At this point I think they would do well to just extend the time before it's over. As it is I'm just going to grind for the pegasus so I can rub it in the face of my friend when she comes back for Shadowbringers.Somewhat agreed. I think the 1, 2 and 3 amounts just don't balance well with the time investment.
I think 2 for dungeons, 3 for Alliance raids, 4 for castrum and 5 for praetorium would be about right.
Prizes might need to be slightly increased, but not by the same factor.

I honestly truly wanted to do this stuff, but having had all jobs @ max for sometime now and needing to re-spam content that i have done hundreds of times already has turned me off.
Perhaps rather then limited until Shadowbringers they should keep this sort of stuff more permanent? This would perhaps make it better for some
I refuse to grind for these tomes. I'd rather go through the beast tribes or whatever for those mounts at my own leisure than add another dungeon to spam for little reward. Just not worth my game time or the stress to get it done.

If you don't already have the Boreas or Aithon mounts it would be far easier for you to farm Ifrit and Shiva EX for them. I got all the ponies minus Nightmare in about 2 hours with a group of friends.

I think it's just give people an opportunity to get a few rewards from content they may not want to do. You really should research what it takes to get the stuff normally. Beast tribes give you a lot of stuff and for me the mounts are the least of it.
