I was considering it, then I just used a fantasia to make a server first......MINIMUM height Femroe! Hahahahaha

Probably worn out by being the premier, actual biggest hookers world wide. Gyr Abania, catgirl prostitutes. La Noscea, the entirety of it. Not to mention all the "dancers" of Ul'dah.
Miqo'te hate it when being compared to house cats. Why do this to them?

I only plan to Fantasia an alt into a Viera. I can't change my main - already tried. I was a midlander for a week and then went back because Miqo'te just suits her. I like my kitty person.

It might take some from the masses of catgirls, but like Aura the negative effects to the Catgirl population will only be minor and short lived.
Miqo'te Master Race... sooner or later everyone will realize this and give in =^.^=
Fantasia's exist for a reason.
I'm glad so many cat girls remained loyal to cats even after the Aura hype.
I'm all in for Viera though. Literally EVERY character I make is max height, because I love being tall. I'd make a 12 foot tall midlander if I could! I just loathe fem elves, and Roe are too bulky for me. I bounce between highlander, midlander, and kitty. (currently lala due to lost bet).
So a tall Viera is right in my wheel-house. AND their boots are so -drool- I love those big IronMan-esq metal stompers. Their weird feet thing results in really thick shoes, and that's got me worked up in so many ways.
My favorite part of the cat girls is how tom-boy masculine they are. And I feel like viera will capture that too. I love me a good tomboy. Make her 7 feet tall with big stomper boots-and you got me sold. I don't even care what the hair looks like. Just don't be ugly like fem elves!
The majority of the people that roll female Miqo'te/Au Ra do it because they are more comfortable with slightly shorter than average height. If you don't like being tall, there's no amount of Viera that will ever change that. Just like how people that preffer tall races will never be able to stay Miqo'te/Midlander for long.
I feel like for the first weeks we'll see nothing but Viera, but soon after people will change back because of the height, unlocked hairstyles they can't use, etc. Then it'll even out a little bit more. I welcome the change though, it'll bring a little bit more diversity to the female population of this game, and maybe after playing Viera some people will realize they like Elezen or even Femroe more than they thought. I'm kinda excited to see that diversity everywhere.
If anything I am more worried about the male Roe population, as every single one I've seen so far is planning on rolling Hrothgar. This might be the moment the male Roegadyn player base drops to near extinct.

Personally, I like Miqo'te and Au Ra because they are farther from human than the other races. It's Final Fantasy, I'm gonna play the most Fantasy race >:VThe majority of the people that roll female Miqo'te/Au Ra do it because they are more comfortable with slightly shorter than average height. The main problem I have with Au Ra and Miqo'te is that their animations are a little too cutesy for me. I much prefer the animations and height of Femroe and Elezen, but I just dislike their bulkiness.
So Viera is a perfect fit for me :P Looks Animalistic, is tall but not bulky, and doesn't have cutesy animations (from what has been seen so far).
Also, I love Viera's Voice 9 "Cheer", which is important to me, since the cheer emote is the emote I use the most in this game.
Au Ra are more ubiquitous, at least on some servers, these days anyway.
I don't mind much one way or the other, but at least for a time some added variety will be nice.
