which settings have you used in this picture? skin and hair colour, i also cant see if these eyes are brown or black?

Her eye color is just black and these are the colors I used for her hair and skin.

After creation we will still be able to change hair color/style, tat color/style, but just not stuff like face/ears/voice?

You can change hairstyle, hair colour, eyebrows shape, tattoo, special features, lip colour.

To keep it simple is like an addon for the game. Once installed will allow activating certain graphical effects and tweak certain aspects to customize the way FF14 looks. In general, will not heavily hit the performance, still, some effects are more taxing than others.
