Quest - Into the Dark

I don't know if this is considered a bug exactly, but I'm hoping for at least some help troubleshooting.

ISP: Time Warner
Type of Internet Connection: Cable
Internet Connection Speed: 100mps
Date & Time: 1/2/12 at about 730am PST
Frequency: Once
Character Name: Aelurus Nekocop
Race: Seeker of the Sun Miqo'te
World: Besaid
Class/Level: ARC 50
Area and Coordinates: Dzamael Darkhold

I accepted the quest Into the Dark (Gridania) from the npc in Adder's Nest. I traveled to Owl's Nest and got cutscene. I talked to the Galka outside Dzamael Darkhold. After, I entered the dungeon with a party of 8 people and we completed the dungeon, killing Batraal. I received the "Duty Completed" pop up after killing the boss.

The quest did not update when exiting the dungeon. It still prompts me to enter the dungeon and complete the mission, and I cannot move forward.

I'm looking for help on how to get this completed.

Did you visit the captains quarters after killing the ogre? The actual quest completion is for checking and killing the imperial soldiers in the captain's quarters, not for killing batraal.

Check your journal it should say go back to owl's nest to complete the quest.

Ah! That makes sense... I think we may have done something wrong at that point then, because I didn't get the "duty complete" after killing ogre and going in there... I mentioned it at the time and they said its done, but I was the only one who still needed the quest, so I think I got ignored :/
