There are SOOOO many good possibilities for a DQ/FF14 crossover.

For non-SE franchises ... I think it would be rather interesting for a Castlevania crossover.

I'd love Parasite Eve, since it would work well with the Sin Eaters. But sadly there wouldn't be much at all in the way of stuff we could get outside of glamour clothes, they really only use guns in that game.

My money is that the (eventual) relic weapon for GNB will be the Lionheart. 0 questions asked. How can they not? Other than the Hyperion or the Revolver, I wouldn't glamour anything else for my weapon.

Xenogears Crossover Event, it would be unique but I'm not sure how it can be pulled off.

Chrono Trigger Crossover Event with Ozzie, Flea, and Slash since they're if I recall trapped in dimensional space currently or alternatively Dalton/Queen Zeal (whichever works) unless creating the Black Omen would be too much work for a simple crossover event.

FFVIII with Ultimecia since she has power over time and space (not sure to what extent besides what she was able to pull off).
