Rework the market system to allow purchase offer listings and eliminate undercutting

The current system is fun though, undercutting wars are always fun. "Want to undercut me by 1 gil, let us see who has the deeper pockets."

Except for when you're dealing with bots that will automatically undercut you within five minutes regardless of when/how often you decide to undercut them.

I've seen it on Cactuar. There are three different level 22 players in the same FC as an omnicraft bot, one situated in each of the three primary city-states. They basically log on and off in an endless cycle checking their retainers and undercutting if they detect someone selling at a lower price.
