BARD 3 0 No use defending a bad decision, esp when their fix will be to obviously revert it in 2 years. At least maybe if the complaints are loud enough it wont take that long, but we all know it probably will. Absolutely nothing wrong with being discontent with the way a job/role has been for years to be suddenly changed/gutted.

Not saying to not express dissatisfaction with the information we do have, but calling people white knights for retaining optimism on how the jobs are going to play at 80 (which we have zero data on) is pretty uncalled for. This also goes for the people who are using the reasoning "Well X issue existed at "Insert expansion name here" so clearly it's going to be the same for every future expansion." No one is saying not to give them feedback or disagreeing with a counterpoint but resorting to ad hominem isn't contributing anything useful to further the discussion.

I'm not really sure how having full tooltips for all of the regular jobs equates to zero data. Yes the potency values aren't final, but you really haven't been paying attention for the last 6 years if you think we are going sweeping changes across more than one or two jobs at this stage.

If anyone's going to get anything more substantial than that within the next month or two, it'll be a couple of the DPS jobs and likely Gunblade.

I never thought they'd make any changes at this point, if they make changes to anything it's going to be well after 5.0. All I'm saying is that tooltips on a 2 month old build is not enough data. The only testing that has been done is in a level 73 dungeon and a nerfed normal mode trial. I'll retain my optimistic viewpoint until we have a decent sample size of data at level 80, I'll be more than happy to bite my own tongue if the same issues still exist after the fact.
