Dragon Kabutos are sweet but...

Seriously, I get to be a dragoon before the job is even available :3

However, I'm kind of bummed by the fact that they are all lvl 1. I loved how they made the Usagi Kabutos from last year practical gear using a crafting recipe, and I still use mine for crafting.

I agree. They're absolutely cool looking, indeed. But I was hoping at least the Golden one would be lvl 20. Plenty of players with many jobs at lvl 20.

I don't know about you guys, but i really don't care about the levels or usefulness of the kabutos. I was hoping that there was going to be more to the event then there was. Heck they completely blew a golden opportunity with the whole father frost dun got up and wandered off thing.

I Know, i know what do you expect from a seasonal event yada yada. Well i tell ya what i would like to see something that we can dig our teeth into and test our metal a bit. More stuff along the lines of last years summer fest and second stage of last years easter.

Next year have some running around for the newbies, But i want a crack at that Elemental Goobue bastard.

I was honestly hoping they'd start going the XI route with some of these clearly eastern themed events -- For example fighting the thiefs in the stolen Samurai armor using a specific event weapon, etc.

The events have been fun little distractions so far, but in comparison they could have done a bit more but it's to be expected while they have bigger things to worry about atm haha.
