Where exactly are you getting these numbers and statistics? Can you link some studies?

I study human biology and you're legit triggering the heck out of me with this, and I'm a woman. Stop. This is so untrue it hurts.
I live in the middle of the United States and there's dudes here built like Highlanders all over the place. I think you're flubbing statistics a bit.Ok, just how many men do u think are into body building or are that strong? Most men look like elezen, or even slimmer, unless you go to hollywood that is. Most women look like female elezen (with human proportions) and then, you'd be surprised to see how many woman are that, or more strong and how many men are that, or more weak. Then, this is simply a fantasy game. Do you think we'd have a race of giant children with moustaches and elf ears otherwise?
So many facepalms with this one.Ok, just how many men do u think are into body building or are that strong? Most men look like elezen, or even slimmer, unless you go to hollywood that is. You're resorting to the "fantasy game" line when you're bringing in imagery of real life humans into this - which besides not being reflective of how sex differences between humans function (i.e. they mean nothing as to the differences in attributes between sexes on average, and even less when you're comparing apples to apples), are not remotely relevant to the Xaela, who by and large lead lives dominated by physical combat... the size difference between Xaela males and females is even more pronounced than RL human females and males.
Another issue here is the "but it's fantasy" thing doesn't eclipse certain realities: 1) more often than not, it takes time and resource investment to train someone up in a class or job and 2) magically augmented gear which may help augment one's characteristics is not free, either. The former of these is where child-birthing/rearing can become a liability.
Yes, I am sure they will be in a rush to adjust their ways because some black swan with the Echo and Blessing of Light showed up - which makes absolutely no difference to the rationale for following the strategy they do.

When the game's story becomes self-aware:
Uh well... biological males tend to be stronger than biological females. Since this is a fantasy game, and we don't know male viera biology or what male viera look like, it could be different here. In the real world, though, men are physically superior most of the time.
LOL I dont get how can me saying that most men arent like celeb stars trigger some ppl. Honestly, I find it very amusing the amount of hate I get for saying whatever I say.
Really, some comments here really hurt me, and I'd simply ask for u to not talk about how men are stronger than women etc etc, it has hurt me a lot on my life, and I'd ask you kindly to stop
I think I'll leave the thread for a while for the better of everyone, myself included. Have a Gn

What on earth are you talking about! Men who aren't celebrities tend to also be physically stronger due to hard labour. Oh my lord. Our hunter-gatherer ancestors are just turning in their graves.
Even an out of shape man is stronger than most women - even those who train. Believe it or not most men don't look like Kpop singers or whatever (then again it's 2019). If women were stronger than 90% of men the world would be a completely different place.

I do agree that most men don't look like that.
Yeah, but there are plenty of lanky dudes out there, too. Not everyone has a midlander/highlander build irl. A lot of guys I know tend to be on the smaller and/or slimmer side of things, too. Obviously, there are a variety of body types.
