Suggestion: Close Raid Roulete Loophole (Using low ilevel to force low level raids)

I'll repeat it for the last time in this thread. I noticed this way back when they added Alliance Raid Roulette, and it has been common knowledge that people do this to force level 50 raids for the roulette.

Yes, some people are doing that. This does not mean it is an actual problem.
Right now lots of people are running the level 50 24-man raids for the mogtomes, so no point in looking how often each 24-man raid gets run at the moment.
Before that the level 60 and 70 raids popped often enough that there was no major problem anyway with people forcing the level 50 raids. There will usually be more people queuing for those anyhow due to more people having them unlocked.

People like OP here will Seek out and look at Everyone in the Parties Gear, and kick anyone wearing low gear.
OP wants to lock you out of your Inventory when you get in so you can't change gear

Can't speak for most people but I've been spamming the level 50 raids for the irregular tomestones.

Why you ask Square-Enix community representative?

1. Because in NA/EU Datacenters people un-equip gear to decrease their item level so that they can then re-equip their i400 gear to breeze through the duty.
2. This creates a duty finder roulette problem, specially for alliance raid roulette. This means Heavensward and Stormblood 24 man raids are almost guaranteed to rarely, if ever appear. In dungeons this may not matter but 24 man raids require 24 people. You have people waiting for Dun Scaith or Void ark for 40+ minutes because of this oversight.

This loophole should be closed sometime during Shadowbringers. If people queu up with ilevel 80 then they should struggle through the duty with that ilevel.
This solution still allows those that want to force low level rouletes (but keeps them at that low ilevel) and gives the other Alliance Raid duties a chance to actually appear for those that need it.

So they just buy cheap gear and queue for that anyway. Look, the Crystal Tower is hot right now and will be until after 5.0 launch.

Everyone's blowing through the Level 50 dungeons for the tometones as that event ends in less then two weeks.

For reference though I did q into Alliance Raid last night as got Rabanaste with a fair amount of people doing their first times. So right now it's people playing catch up for the more recent alliance raids or just simple farming the tomestones.

If you're trying to do the lvl 60 ones it's going to be not as frequent since it doesn't have any real relevance for the majority currently past glamour at the moment.

You have to remember the crystal tower raids are apart of the event so they give out the special tomes. Surely after the event things will go back to normal.

If people want to do specific raids, they're going to do specific raids. You putting in more rules and restrictions on people won't make them want to do the other raids, they'll just use Party Finder and again you'll be without the party members to fill your particular raid.
It sounds like you want to force people to do your raids because YOU want to do them, without a care of what the other people in the equation want to do; this is kind of further enforced by you simply not caring about what goes on in dungeons.
