I hope they do. If it's really limited and can't be used in current content, then there's no point in trying to balance it, it should be OP enough to solo raid bosses by itself (outside of the usual two hits of X will instant kill you).

limited doesnt mean god of the game, it still supposed to be a game, with risk and reward, and abilities that are useful in some situations and not others. Its limited because its not balanced for duty finder, not because its an i win button for old content.
