To Kick or not to Kick?

I am curious and wondering what others thought, in regards to Heaven on High and to kick or not to kick.

Do you think it's okay to kick a person who see's the hoard marker in the next room from keyroom, so they go to clear around the marker of any mobs to grab the hoard?

Oh and with no others assisting them.

    Personally? No.

However, I wouldn't be surprised to see it, given that random groups for HoH tend to be frequently used by people who want to simply spam it to gain experience and level up. To which, anything that isn't literally, progressing the floors is a waste of time.

Grabbing Silver Chests and Hoards is more of a thing for pre-made parties whom are actually going for these rewards, rather than trying to just clear the boss for the exp as fast as possible.

Heck, even grabbing GOLD Chests can be seen as a waste of time given how much crap they can contain to make them not particularly worth going out of your way to grab for speed clears.

Now, one could argue that someone who wants to speed run should also just form a static party... But that's not how things tend to work out (Especially since if someone was going to make a pre-formed party to speed run, they'd be better off doing Dungeons for experience)

I guess I'm not an ass being like that. If someone is in my party and says they need silver chests or would like the hoard, I will be courteous and try to help them. What is that 5 more minutes of dungeon time to someone? I find some people can be too selfish.

I would only kick someone if they're going a million miles out of their way to get it and/or if they're pulling/dying to a horde of monsters on their way.

If I can see the ground icon for a hoard, you can bet your ass I'm going to go get it unless the room is full of mobs.

If you are going to run off alone to get a chest and get deluged by mobs on the return trip, stop just short of the room the rest of us are in and die, or I'd boot.

Nah this was more like you could see the hoard in the next room from the portal room with just a couple of mobs around it. I wouldn't kick someone for attempting to get that one, but help them instead, which would have taken no more than 1 minute of the party's time. I'm not talking about running to the other end of the map to get a hoard.

Couple mobs in the next room, no biggie, grab em. Leveling jobs, I ran so many potd and hoh that I had over 5k health potions and have seen every stupid trick in the books. The most common was at the beginning of the run with 2 directions to go, 3 party members went one way and the 4th went the other way alone. They would run back with a trail of mobs chasing them and expect us to help, sometimes killing the whole group.
