Keep up the support guys. Don't slow down on the support just because you think the datamine confirms anything, because it doesn't. Keep posting, be respectful, and make sure to leave a like on the OP if you haven't already. Oh, and share this thread with people who want male viera as well.

I believe in past interviews they mentioned wanting to someday expand the number of clans for the existing playable races.

With that said, it could go either way. I don't think they're completely against the idea of adding new options if resources/funding allows. Equally, though, it's probably just a case of future proofing rather than anything concrete.

Actually....if they are Planning on this, THIS would be the Perfect way they could Include Male Viera... a New Clan.
Its still against Viera Lore, but writing in a new clan that perhaps split off from the Forrest and Recently Ventured outside and settled in Eorzea would be Neat.

Other Races....any thoughts? I can't think of anything other then Dwarfs for the Lalafell

I hope this means they're going to start work on male Viera very early instead of waiting. The sooner they start working on them the sooner we'll get them. In my dreams of dreams I would like this to signify that we'll get them within Shadowbringers in 1 year by next Summer. Yes, it is possible, that's how much faith I have on Yoshida.

So I’m guessing SE listened and saw the feedback and actually gave them more money and definitely more staff because there’s no way they could do all this within 2 years. It most likely isn’t clans because yoshi said anything involving changing the body type is difficult and it would be easier to just make a new race altogether. 2 of them is definitely the missing genders but we have no idea what the race would be. I’m not sure if it could just be npcs? The other 2 could just be kid npcs in the village and stuff?

Yeah that last "column" they talk about could just be them developing Viera children. They'd have to use a "creator" of sorts to customize the children so adding them to the races option to use the customization system is very logical. After they create all the Viera children that column gets removed from the code/system.
