It would be silly not to add them because of 'entitlement'. A vocal minority of viera supporters are being entitled but many of us pushing for them to be added have been pretty consistent about tempering their expectations. We've also taken a firm stance against the more abhorrent suggestions that some have attempted to sneak in alongside other requests.

Most of us are well aware and accepting of the fact that there's no guarantee for them to be added. I don't see why they simply should not be added because a vocal minority behave poorly. By that logic, no new content should be added to the game because when you look at requests for PvP, PvE and other game elements it isn't long before you see the same behaviour present there too.

In every business one thing to attract the client is about it being close to it's reality or how one envision life, values.
Their expectation on how ain't better than ours, it is as it is. We may disagree, but act on violence will only lead to old arguments that will take us out of our aim.
Here's a quote from Yoshida in a interview to Kotaku about unlocking clothes gender that can be applied to everything:
