Goals for the game: Work on crafting/gathering, clear end game content, make tons of gil, have fun making and friend and enjoying the game with them. Lastly, make an awesome house and have it well decorated (with the papaya song playing of course).

Goals for the marriage union: Looking to make a cool friend who enjoys talking about whatever, playing games together, and just chilling in our spare time. Definitely down to play other games when FF gets boring too. Not looking for a relationship outside the game, but definitely cool with the friendship extending outside of FF.

Main class?: Machinist, which dabbling in Samurai, Red Mage, and eventually Dark Knight and Scholar. (I also intend to look into Dancer and Gunbreaker when they arrive).
Dislikes: Savage or EX content, boredom.
Goals for the game: Find more friends to run roulettes and normal mode content with. (Maybe find someone to run Eureka with, since I want to tackle that mess).

Relationships have happened from meeting online before so it's definitely possible. I just saw a pair in a facebook gourp that met on FFXIV and eventually met in person and now are currently dating. This can mean they are looking for 1 of 2 things. Either an IC relationship for their character for RP purposes, or eyeing something irl(maybe). There is potential everywhere, even on the internet.

People have been forming relatonships and becoming couples over the internet long before this game (as well as dating sites) existed. Square has only stimulated this further with the Ceremony of Eternal Bonding feature. My co-worker met his now-fiancée in the official forums for FFIX, and they were originally from different states. As the saying goes: "anything is possible, as long as your mind is open to it".
