The devs have said before they look for consolidated feedback. The more topics you make on an issue, the less likely it is to get noticed and or commented on.
Well this is literally my second post on here and i'm not sure where to go to give feedback especially considering how many posts and threads on everything there are. Kinda overwhelming. lol
That's the problem with the english forums here. People make about 300 topics per subject cuz they all feel like their opinion is the important one.
This isn't specifically directed at you.
The mods have pretty much given up maintaining the english forums though, other than the occasional move of a thread and moderation of course. They used to combine like threads, but people would complain theirs was merged into another thread with less likes or w/e. People kept creating their own duplicate threads over and over with their own opinion, and they stopped merging them as it got overwhelming. At least that's my take on it, having been here for so many years.

Well i bet not many of 'em apologize for it. So i am sorry for that. In my defense though i did address the fact that this effects not only me but other players who missed out and as much as my post is a gripe i did offer a solution to the problem. So there is no denying that this is at least somewhat constructive criticism.
