Honestly i havent come across one yet and even if i do,i will not report them.
Each person has his own ways of playing the game. I will just ignore it and move onto my own way.
They dont affect me in any way cause it doesnt interfere with the gameplay~

I don't know. I personally have a problem with people trading sexual favors for in game money with people who could be children as I doubt these people verify their age. So what we could have here are adults trading sexual favors with children for in game money, which is beyond messed up.
