At least with something like the Paragon's helm it's something they don't need a log of to give it back to you when they do add decent customer service. They can simply check whether you're entitled to it and if you have one already.

or since they are untradable they could simply have a system were you back to the npc and get another, things dont have to be so one way all the time.Nope, I'm just saying that you have to live with your mistakes. Same way I do. I lost my asuran gloves because of a bad system that SE created. Can't add collectors items after the account been created. Gm them and got basically a screw you. They won't even give back a item that is inserted in the game via code, gotta erase the char and create a new one to get the item. What makes you think that deleting your item will change their mind. Made a mistake, live with it. That's basically it.


What about... since those are untradable, which means Not Tradable, you simply CAN'T sell those items, because those are Untradable? I mean, you still sell those for 1gil!

THe moderators and GMs are probably on vacation right now until the 2nd of January, and if they don't respond in January about this issue, I imagine you're well justified in terminating your account because quite simply, such a horrible customer service is inexcusable in an MMO.

I'm sorry you lost a virtual item that technically is not legally bound to you, and expect a game thats developed in japan to handle your concern seriously.
I have sympathy for you, and i think the game is stupid for letting you sell rare items for insignificant amounts of gil, but I don't think not helping you with the issue is any fault on the developers part.
