Personally, I've reached every Aetheryte camp and gate in La Noscea, Thanalan and The Black Shroud without having another player teleport me there; it is possible. The one time I asked for assistance was with the Aetheryte gate in The Tam-Tara Deepcroft, where I'd died just paces from the gate itself.

Honestly, I'm surprised this topic was originally focused on La Noscea's Aetheryte gates. Getting to these locations is a joke. You simply need to know how to avoid the aggro of various monsters. All it takes is some good timing, a little patience, and the know-how to sneak behind or walk past certain mobs.

It's physically impossible to pass a row of crabs (example: La Noscea) west side near Bold knoll and they're level 70.

Really? Please note that my highest leveled class in a level 30 Marauder and here I am shaking hands with one of these 'impossible' level 78 crabs outside The Isles of Umbra. It's not asleep, it's not stunned; fact is, I had to chase it across the path to get these pictures and I was still able to line up each shot and strike a pose. Why? Because I toggled my 'run' to 'walk'.

Also, as mentioned here from the other players it doesn't work.

TL;DR: You're doing it wrong. Monster cap is fine.

Sorry. "x" walking (not running or on chocobo) does NOT work for me. Either system error or just misleading information making players to go random areas to go suicidal. Second, other areas "walking" isn't going to help me with a domino rows of different kinds of aggressive monsters.

Well, it works in the situation you provided. This is not an attempt to kill other players, it's an attempt (an obviously misguided attempt as you're not willing to listen to reason) to prove to you that this particular gate is easy to reach when preformed correctly. Here's a simple recommendation, as I do not play with a controller, try unplugging the game-pad and use your keyboard. I guarantee it will work.

EDIT: If you're already trying this with your keyboard, make sure you permanently toggle walk/run using the number-pad.

Second, this solution is not all-inclusive and I never said it was. As stated above, and by multiple players in this thread, it's a combination of...

Some mobs aggro by sight, some by sound, some aggro to both. You need to learn which mobs aggro by which and change your strategy accordingly. You may even need to use a combination of walking and sneaking behind monsters.

As the previously mentioned crabs were the ones you referenced in your original post, these are the ones I referenced as well. They aggro by sound.

It's pretty obvious that you're just another player who want's everything handed to you on a silver platter. Well guess what? You have to work to get to these gates. Otherwise, why would they call it an Achievement? If you don't like it, do something else. It's only 30 points and a useless title.

Will do, I wont waste my time because it's illogical. I'll do other achievements because they're doable and for some achievements are interesting to the community who would want to do the same. I want it for fun, and if it's not fun to get for just a useless title, then why on earth are high level cap monsters exist as of today? I do it because it is fun for me. Being surrounded by high level mobs that could one-shot me at any time is exciting, and add to that the thrill of making it through alive is exhilarating. I think it's awesome that just because I've got a few battle classes at cap doesn't mean I can kill anything that crosses my path. I didn't need points or a title to go out and get these gates, I did it for the sake of having fun. If you don't think it's fun, that's fine. But that doesn't mean that they should take it out. It's an MMORPG. They cater to what everyone wants, not just you.

Even after so many advice and been told exactly what to do you still can't get them?

You can't even follow the simpliest of instructions...

PRESS "X" and walk through the damn mobs!!!
The X is the "X" button on keybord and not the F button.

ALSO YOU HAVE TO BE ON YOUR FEET AND NOT ON YOUR CHOCOBO.
That means that you dont have to be mounted on your chocobo

You have to tongle walk while youre AWAY from the crabs and not after you aggro them, this is important and it means that YOU HAVE TO WALK BEFORE YOU START FIGHTING THEM.

Lastly DO NOT ENGAGE IN BATTLE WITH THEM and that means that you have to AVOID the crabs and not try to kill them.

I hope they release more seemingly impossible areas soon. Getting all the nodes in Black Shroud was probably the most fun I've had since launch. =D
