As I have only been playing for about 7 months, two questions for people who have been around longer:

• What tends to be the timing for seasonal items being added to Mog Station? What have we seen with other seasonal events?
• What is the likelihood of Community Managers actually responding here and letting and letting us know what's going on ?

Seasonal items usually end up in the mogstation a year after release, I believe.
Also, pretty much 0% chance anyone will respond to this.

They said that things from the old Rainmaker event would be available.

Every time they put that, expect them to bring back the consumable fireworks and/or some cruddy lower-third-of-arr-worthy-food. They should know exactly what customers are expecting from that wording. They've pulled this before with the hard rice cakes where it was available from an event more than one year and then just got pulled. I don't believe those have made their way to the mogstation, but gardland tools is showing a jumbo version listed, so perhaps they're having these things skip a year?

1 - Usually about a year. Seasonal rewards tend to go up on the Mogstation when the event rolls around again time next time. That's why the hairstyle being MIA right now is a surprise. People took the fact that it didn't get added to the Mogstation recently as a sign that it would be available in game again this year.

2 - Very low chance of that happening. SE almost never chimes in on things like this.

That's too bad, so I guess our best and only hope now is that it will show up on Mog Station sometime soon. I guess my fear is that they may just never reference it again and it disappears or something.

Apparently from what i've seen online people have said it was on the mog store last year but vanished and no one knows why

Yeah, I was very disappointed to see that it did not make a return for the event. I would also pay money for it if they put it on Mogstation! SE please grant us our requests! I submitted a suggestion in game. Maybe if you guys do the same they will listen to us.

Oh and as far as previous year prizes being available, last years prize was the games like crystal tower. They’re available from the vendor so would count I guess

I actually took your suggestion and left a suggestion to not only add Rainmaker to the mog station but potentially add a hairstyle bundle as and alternative to buying outfit bundles just for the hairstyle.
