[Suggestion] Add Mog House/Apartment Ward

This idea could be expanded to LS apartment complexes or something to that effect. In there the LS can craft, hangout, plan/gather for events. When companies come out this should be considered.

I would really like to see some improvement in the direction of retainers. On our server (Trabia) it seems that most of the population has migrated to Ul'dah, and doing so they have put their retainers there as well. This has caused the wards to crash about once a day. I believe that an AH should be implemented or expand the program to include more retainers in one spot.

Suggestion to add/adapt the Mog House system from XI to XIV.

-It could be called Apartment Wards or something similar.

-It could have a base storage/bank + storage amount based on furnishings within it [similar to XI.]

-A Delivery Box/Mail system could also be added to the Apartment Wards.

-It would provide a calm private place to craft and an area to sort through equipment and storage [freeing up retainers for the sole purpose of bazaars.]

-A friend invite feature could be implemented allowing you to invite your party members into your house/apartment.

-Gil could be spent on upgrades for your Apartment, expansions or other visual modifications.

Any feedback and suggestions from other players is welcome.

Everything you listed sound great. hopefuly SE will implment atleast some of those things.

Some sort of private LS Quarters would be great. Some of the thing from Darkshade list could be implemented in to it aswell.

I was hoping for more of a Linkshell/Company house. A large open area in the middle and you could have the ability to run over to a door/stairwell/elevator to warp into your own private bedroom that you could decorate. This would also ease development time as they don't need to figure out some sort of hallways and individual rooms.

The guildhouse itself could possibly be upgraded with crafting support facilities and if implemented a courtyard where you could grow a garden and harvest produce/dyers moss/random stuff you tend to find through harvest.

I think that would be a better idea than just slapping in the old moghouse scheme : )
