A concern for Astro and Scholar shields

Intersection doesn't grant the basic Nocturnal shield; it grants an orange version of the shield, and since it does not mention incompatibility with SCH, at this point we should assume an Intersection shield stacks with Galvanize.

Neutral Sect, however, applies the original purple version of the shield, so assume it does not stack.

I read that it said "effects do not stack". I may be naive but does that refer to another Celestial Intersection or another shield?
