im so sick and tired of giving people one because they i felt deserved it yet i get none

Maybe they didn't feel you deserved one? Though honestly if you are playing DPS, its rare you get one. Usually the tanks are the ones who get showered in it because they are the reason they actually got into the dungeon to start with. Also a simple "Hello" seems to help too, I know some will write off a commendation simply cus no one said hello back.

I'm kinda like that.

For me it's

1. Those who actually say hello and interact
2. Cool gear or name
3. Someone doing something awesome

Just doing one's job isn't enough. I've also left dungeons giving no comms as well.

I do find as a healer, I get a comm about 80% of the time or so.
