I doubt the people in the run appear here anyway. Many people don't bother with the forums.

I know, never said that the only way to see it is with parser just said that if OP asked them how they know and they said "parser" then he/she would have a valid report reason.Don't really need a parser to tell if damage is low - you can easily get a feel for if it's overall low, normal, or fairly decent based on how quickly things die. If a pack of trash is dying quickly and you look over to see melee/ranged at full TP and casters using Fire IV/Ver-spell, it's fairly safe to say that the damage is pretty garbage.
I mean you want to play your way let the parser play theirs. (I don't use one I'm on PS4)

Don't you start. I'll shine the otter signal.
As for the topic. There's not much you can really do OP. If they did offer some advice and you said no, then that is a difference in playstyle. My only pieces of advice would be A) Run 4 man content with 2 friends, thus shutting vote kick down and B) Maybe look back on the situation and reflect. By all means, I'm fine with others having their own way of playing. I cannot and will likely never force someone to play how I want them to. But, if I get kicked (Thankfully, I've only been kicked once ever for not going 'fast enough' in PoTD.) I'd ask myself why.
I wish you the best of luck though and hope you don't have to deal with folks like that again.
People really need to stop inherently viewing getting removed from a party as a personal attack. Sure it can be done as a personal attack, but do not sweat it, move on and queue again. Or if you want to sweat it, ask yourself more constructive questions, like what was I doing that annoyed my group, what can I do to improve myself so this does not happen again. Sweating over the fact if it was valid or not is honestly a waste of your time since the reality is difference of play style is a valid reason for removal. Unless harassment via the chat log occurred GM has no proof so reporting the players is also a waste of time not only for you but the GM, and you will mostly just get a canned response from the GM, with no resolution in the matter.
In the end you only have control over your own actions, so take control do not worry about others actions and improve your own play, or at the very least maybe seek out and see if they criticism that was offered as valid.

I am going to hate saying this as I like to defend the little guy/new person. But if you were kicked unless you ran into actual jerks... you were most likely kicked for performance issues. I don't play sch/snm so I don't know what is the best pet to use. But if I'm a betting man I'd say with how you told us about that.... that's the reason you got kicked. Most people only use the kick function cause of someone not listening afking or trolling the group, don't sweat it. just if someone is giving advice try to be as respectful as possible and try it out. Unless it's a troll.

Unless someone is actively harassing others with it, no need to report about it. That's just petty behavior. Stating that damage is low isn't really harassment.
Blatantly naming someone is against the forum guidelines. A player present in a run being currently discussed coming into the thread and saying they were in the run with the OP and clarifying the encounter/providing another side to the story is not.
If you left Garuda on Sic and were constantly knocking back mobs out of the AoE, I'd kick you in a heartbeat. That's annoying to everyone in the group. Probably why the Tank told you to use Ifrit.

Care to explain why? They qualified their statement; saying this only applies to someone underperforming. While that is subjective, we can readily assume they mean bad enough it's noticeable. Why should they, I or anyone carry say, a BLM who is getting out dps'd by the tank and healer, through a dungeon? This is especially true if they'd offered advice and ignore it.
I get it. DF is supposed to be a crap shoot. But that doesn't mean we have to just accept every ice mage we see. If you want to carry them, by all means. Go right ahead. No one else is obligated though.
"I've been watching your rotation"Sadly you are gonna meet people like that every now and then, don't let it get to you just try to move on.
also if they say something like "you are doing low dps etc" ask them how they know it and if they say "parser" > you now have a valid reason for reporting them.
"I main x job and know the AoE rotation"
"I noticed you standing still often."
"You weren't AoEing"
"The mobs were dying much slower."
Just several examples one can say without giving away they have a parser going. That being said, unless someone is exceedingly rude. If your go to response to someone saying your DPS is low is to bait them into incriminating themselves just so you can report them. Well, who's the actual toxic one here?

"Stand in the ashes of a trillion dead souls and ask the ghosts if honor matters."
"The silence is your answer."
