As I said, almost everything is already given to you on a silver plate.

Having to work a little for something won't kill you or anyone else.

Depending how you look at it (and which items) this is easier to do. A lot of the stuff is obtainable year round but you have to grind for it in a different way. This is just a more expedient/alternative way.
