I cant speak for WHM and AST, but Adlo is used quite frequently, since it's not a "big boy heal" as the OP said. SCHs don't have a second tier single target heal, nor do they have a first tier multi target heal. Adlo and Succor are good spells but they require the use of Emergency Tactics to be used as the other Tier.
