Smn still has lots of utility, i kind of admit i did not look much at what 5.0 smn will get but it's total dmg should not equal to that of blm which does not have the utility.
I do get what you are saying and agree in part, just not that smn should have equal dmg to blm is all

Oh for sure. I just meant if they had no raise, I would be alright with smn total contribution being near blm level. They still have it, so their total contribution should be lower. And by total, I include how much damage they give to other jobs with things like devotion.

As a RDM main, I agree OP. Raise is a healer utility, not a dps one; it should either be constrained or removed entirely from the Caster role.
