[Suggestion] Option hiding tail / cat ears/horns

I'd rather they actually take the extra time and effort to better fit outfits to the individual races like they did in 1.0. I'd gladly take less gear for higher quality models any day and maybe that's what we should be asking for instead of hiding things that make our characters different because they want to churn out gear as fast as possible because they think that's what we'd prefer.

The moment SE decided to no longer modify the gear to accommodate their tails the option to "hide" them was needed. Also, for a lot of gear/glamours make more sense for the tail to be hiding by it than anything else.

Let me suggest a complete rework of the gear, sounds more rational >.>

There is a third option involving free will. Change the glamour. I don't think unique racial features (and long hair styles) need to be sacrificed because of clipping since we have the tools to avoid it.

If it's client side only and everyone else can still see your unmodified character then I don't care.

I'll take the long hair cuts with clipping any day. We have too many short, boyish hairstyles as it is. I've never been bothered by clipping - bring on the midback / waist length hair.

Viera is at least a step in the right direction with long hair considering most of their hair is "long" style.

Yes, a lot of their hair is long like that, but it is made in a way that it looks like waaaaaaaaaaaay too much hairspray is used. So, if you don't have much worn around the upper back you have big frizzy hair standing on it's own.

Tail clipping is the number 1 reason i could never stand playing Miqo'te or Au ra for a long time, always end up with me going back to highlander .. which ofc is also 10 times better.. ヾ(⌐■_■)ノ♪

I'd say it'd be logical to hide the tail in dresses and skirts. So I'm all for the option

The option to hide tails wouldn't be bad, and very much would make sense with certain outfits and armors.

This option already exists, it's called using a fantasia to change to a hyur.

Clipping just comes with the territory of the race you chose I'm afraid. Tucking a tail away wouldn't make logical sense because tails don't work that way.

Normally I would be against hiding tails, but the darn chocobo suit really needs this option. A white Au Ra tail looks like a tape worm coming out of the chocobo butt with the chocobo suit.
