BLM seems to have been left in the dust (and raise MUST BE removed on SMN/RDM)

To me, it seems SE has done barely anything on BLM. Single-target Foul, Single-target Flare and UI/UH retention skill. The 72 trait is only there because of Despair. Keeping two Polyglot is nice, but THAT being our level 80 trait with the skill being Xenoglossy just seems like the smallest damage increase we could get. Potencies have to increase on Xenoglossy, 750 is nothing.

I want to see:

Instant cast B3/F3 when in full stacks of the opposite element.
Stacking of Thundercloud/Firestarter procs, with a possible extension of duration of proc.
A BUFF TO FIRE 2, PLEASE. IT'S BEEN COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY WORTHLESS FOR 2 YEARS NOW.
Buff Xenoglossy to 850-900 potency.

If SE really wants to balance this game, Verraise and Ressurection must go away from RDM and SMN. A significant amount of players will try and avoid getting BLM into raid groups at all costs simply because of the lack of raise. I still see party finders avoiding BLM even in farm groups, even though BLM is the superior DPS right now. It's incredible how much crap BLM gets simply for not having a raise.

I expect BLMs DPS to be absolutely awful like it was at 4.0.

Black Mage and Samurai were on top, but by margins easily eclipsed by RDPS contributions. That said, the main kicker is that you want emergency raises in raids, and Summoner and Red Mage brought that.

That leak was false; unless something radically changes between now and when Shadowbringers drops, Verraise will work just like it always has. The tooltip, which is seen in this link is pretty much exactly the same as it is right now.

Make your own party then, the whole point of PF is for the leaders to request whatever they want. Giving Raise to a BLM doesn't solve anything if the actual player behind it isn't very good with the job to begin with.

Looks like a troll, but in case it isn't, the reason why some people dont want BLM in raids isn't because they lack a raise, but because they dont have buffs to make the dps of their partys members looks better. On top of probably being first place in parsers because of their huge dps, which would make other people aiming for this place jealous and not happy.

Also once a group is used to an encounter they dont want a RDM as well. Why would they want a chain rez ability if nobody is dying ? This is only good for training and progress, not farm parties. And the weird embolden ability isn't enough to make up for the uselessness of a rez you will never use.

If you want that BLMs are taken in groups more often, you better have to ask for lowering their damages in exchange for dps group buffs.
