You want your image link to end with an image file type, so something like .gif .png. .jpg and so forth. So for your image it would be: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D7rwLXaW0AULLmF.jpg

Although I personally tend to link from imgur just in case there is hotlink protection and stuff.
