R.I.P. the last time I had a similar issue it only took over a month three phone calls and a ticket submitted to which a game master has yet to respond to this day. Only when I called and demanded a refund did a game master get involved when I was offline of course and deliver the items. By the way if you demand a refund they will tell you the same thing they told me that they will refund you but that will results in an account ban because they gave you money back.

Can't you just delete some old mail? It should pop into your inbox when you do.

Yep, delete old mail from your mailbox (you'll want to delete from the middle tab, since this is where they're sent to), and then resend delivery request. It should appear within 24 hours.

There is no reason to keep things you have already gotten out.

I keep my mailbox clean of items and unread mails. Unfortunately, the game doesn't exactly make it clear that there's a limit of 200 received mails (I think) and unless you go and explicitly delete your old read mails, they eat up that space. It's definitely an easy mistake to make.

Bonus irritant: I don't actually think there's any way to bulk-delete old mail. I. Definitely. Remember. It. Taking. A. While. The. Last. Time. I. Had. To. Clear. It. Out. I try to actually nuke mails as soon as I read them now.

Always delete your letters when you're done getting items out of them. Saves this problem from happening like 100% of the time.

As others have send just delete old mail and then hit the resend button. Items are held in limbo, if you will, until space is made but you will get them.
