It absolutely is important if you're trying to be halfway decent in any content that matters. How so, for as far as pugs go? Wouldn't it make sense to know who the weakest link is (if your constantly being held back or enraging) and back out and say "gonna reform". You don't even gotta give a reason or risk precious feelings getting hurt that way.

PuGs are a you get what you get thing You can always tell who the weakest links are just by taking a glance at the overall screen. You can also help improve the weakest link by explaining where you're watching them falter at. They can improve everyone can improve even the greatest players can improve however they cant improve if they don't have practice.

I was able to load hunts on a very low-end laptop by turning object loading to maximum. There is a hard limit but making sure it's set to maximum is a start.

I didn't read every post but how about making world visit cost gil? It'll stop market board hopping and make you think twice if it's worth the cost. Personally i'd slap a 24h cooldown period on it where you can only use it once back and forth each day.

yes, it certainly made hunting a lot worse by allowing toxic server people to invade nice servers, they don't even report hunt kills anywhere so people end up wsting a lot more time trying to find hunts.

Yes this may help with announcements if the people hunting even bother to announce the hunt.

I only have problems once in awhile, but I know several people who have stopped doing hunts for the most part because there PS4 and lower end machines will not load the Mark being killed - its about rendering priority for the most part.
