Wouldn't it make sense to know who the weakest link is (if your constantly being held back or enraging) and back out and say "gonna reform". PuGs are a you get what you get thing You can always tell who the weakest links are just by taking a glance at the overall screen. You can also help improve the weakest link by explaining where you're watching them falter at. They can improve everyone can improve even the greatest players can improve however they cant improve if they don't have practice.
