Shouldn't have to pay a fee for a service ALMOST EVERY OTHER MMORPG provides for free, just saying.

World of Warcraft:
Accidentally sell an item to npc? Can buy back last 8 or 10 items for price sold (No gil lost)
Accidentally drop or materia/disenchant an item you didn't mean to? Have item restored within 24/36 hours in mailbox.
Accidentally obtain an item you didn't mean to roll/loot? Have item take from inventory and given to correct person within 24/36 hours in mailbox.

Might want to look into this SE. Sure the good old days of automated responses and GM manuals on what line to copy paste to someone with a ticket is cool and all but it gets old and annoying at some point.

Not to mention but we are actually having to pay for this "service" in a few days also...
