    It seems like the new skills are indeed just Meisui (Converts Suiton into ninki), the enhanced Katon/Hyoton, the new AoE combo, and Bunshin.

    I don't feel like the NIN opener is going to be high ping friendly anymore as you'd need to double weave multiple times to get every single OGCD ability on cooldown within a single TA. The hardest part would be landing an enhanced ninjutsu and still having time to get off two TCJ boosted ones on top of that.
