Yes.
Reposting from the other thread:

DRKs new timer is Dark Side.
Darkside is extended by use of the 2 new moves "X of Darkness"
X of Darkness is used when you have "Dark Arts" effect up, which is on the timer face.
You gain Dark Arts when the blackest night breaks.

I thought it was that Dark Arts is expended instead of MP when you use X of Darkness?
