    Everything is % based and balanced accordingly, the devs said that themselves. The only reason for the change is to unify MP across jobs and 10k is a nice round number.

    And it is already this way in PvP too. I'm guessing costs will likely be around those costs, not the current 3600 for a raise at 70.
