One thing regarding SMN's egi in shadowbringers

How are their autoattacks going to work now that obey/sic is no longer a thing?
I really hope they don't just keep autoattacking something without us being unable to command them to switch targets? Imagine the disaster here, pets sticking to AAing immune stuff, or fights like Lakshmi EX where you want to hold your DPS in the add phase.
Have they specified how the Egis autoattacks are going to work? Will they stick to autoattacking whatever the SMN is focusing atm (hopefully)? Will their autoattacks be on their 3 sec CD or will they autoattack every time the SMN performs a GCD (much like Demi-Bahamut)?

Titan-egi went officially extinct the minute we were able to summon Demi-Bahamut. Titan was just slightly useless before that, but that was the final nail in the coffin and he won't be missed.

With the loss of Titan as a tank-type egi, it looks like Summoners may be getting a defensive CD in "Earthen Armor."

In which, they will focus the target you last used an action against (As well as react to targets attacking you if you've not used a skill yet).

Looking at the Job Action trailer, it looks like Egi's will auto-attack of their own volition, while Phoenix works like Bahamut and attacks when you use a GCD skill on a target.

They specifically said in the powerpoint that Titan Egi is being reworked to no longer be tank oriented, presumably to also be melee like Ifrit but with different cooldowns.

20% bubble is not the same thing as not getting hit at all and using sustain liberally.

Lol wut? You must be doing something wrong then becuase I stopped using Titan forever ago and anyways thanks mobs would just aggro me anyway becuase I would be destroying them.

Was your IL meeting the standards the game was presenting then? Like having a well rounded set and not bizarre lower il pieces (like especially for a weapon) Were you avoiding aoes proper and maximizing on dps?

Because I cleared the final instance of Stormblood using a SAM (I believe was at rounded at 381 IL at the time) and had zero issues. When that final instance was out I saw reddit posts declaring how hard it was, which in turn it was mainly an echo chamber of people not being able to cheese it like other instances.
