Go around and getting defensive and thinking your LS is the very best just make you guy a bunch of immature and taking the game way too seriously. It remind me of people in Wow all over again which is why I quit that game a long time ago, Final Fantasy community doesn't need this kind of people.
Welcome to every MMORPG to ever exist. Competition is healthy. Otherwise why even bother having PvP, or a Super Bowl, or the World Series. Why not just have an NPC that just gives away Relic weapons and best is slot gear? Everyone deserves it because everyone is equal right? Ha. Go back to whatever socialist world you came from or get used to the competition.

Too bad competition is none existence in FFXIV, so what is your point anyway? Everyone play style is different. If your is about trying to be the first or get it with fastest timer then more prop to you. That doesn't mean anything though, like I said before only you care and no one else. It not like if you get it first kill or get the fastest kill time you automatically get a trophy of some kind.

I play my game with friends and to have fun and meet new people. I do it at my own paste and not rush to get everything first or be the fastest because in the end it doesn't mean anything. I enjoy every contents and having fun doing it. Everyone will get it someday, being first mean nothing in this game or does get it with the fastest kill time. I feel bad for you guy that think every MMORPG is suppose to be a competition. I don't think Final Fantasy XIV is your type of game then, better get back to Wow or Star War Old Republic. There you can have PvP and competition. I don't see what you trying to compete in FFXIV because it is none existence.

So you said every MMORPG competition exist and is healthy, but let me ask you this. You kill Moogle Kingg first and get your weapon then run out of contents and just waiting there for new content. But then one week later I kill it and get my weapon as well. Do you think your weapon is better then mine? Don't think so. And don't know why you compare real life sport to a game, a game is just a game.

If I'm the only one who cares about being first then why is there always so many people around the instance entrance when the servers come up? Why is there a huge rush to log back in? So much of a rush in fact they make you wait in line to get back into the game? If I were the only one in a rush to get things first then there wouldn't be any of these things. What I'm seeing by your reaction is your inability to do things as fast as you'd like. If you truly played this game to be with your friends and meet new people why are you even taking the time to bother those of us who care about doing things first? Why am I even worth your breath? We obviously don't have the same goals when we're playing. We have nothing in common. We're not on the same "level". So, my suggestion to you is to not comment about things that don't apply to you. World first doesn't mean anything to you so don't talk about it. Speed kills don't mean anything to you so don't talk about it. You don't mean anything to me so I'm done talking about you. Simple.

Lastly to answer the question about what I do with my time once I've beaten the new content. I go back to leveling crafts and preparing my gear for the next content. It's called being prepared. Like a good boyscout.

P.S. Sports = Games as well. "We're going to see a football GAME tonight". Touchdown = 6 points, Getting 50 CNJ = 5 achievement points. This game keeps score just like any other game. My examples remain valid.
