For instance, the Hrothgar have VERY few faces, and the hairstyles are tied to whichever face you pick. Meanwhile, the Viera have 20+ hairstyles to choose from, and it's completely independent of the face.

But hey... we can adjust the size of the slut-bunnies knockers.... so that's a win, right?

I hope that by the time Shadowbringers releases, they'll actually have more customization options for the Hrothgar.

The Hrothgar weren't even ready for presentation at the Japanese fanfest (like legit Yoshi-P made a comment that they had only been finished enough for the reveal the day before) and they mentioned they wanted to do a wolf head on top of the more feline options. My best guess is that they just plain old ran out of time and had to make due with what they had. It'd be nice if we get more options but at this point I have a feeling this is it.

Not that I like them much after using the creator, but veira have like 9 hairstyles, and then the same ones with bangs

Most of the female Viera hairstyles are just variations of with and without bangs and they are completely unable to use any of the standard cross-race hairstyles.

The cynic in me tells me that this is literally gonna be it. I don't want to believe it because that's pretty shitty (you basically get a grand total of 2 hair options for your preferred face on hrothgar and that's it) but I can see why they did it, considering the face and head structure is so different from any other head and even somewhat from each other. Although who knows. Viera's ears really shouldn't cause issues with most of the hairstyles available yet they seem to have locked the options out so I guess it could just be incomplete....

But dang... locking hair to the face is even worse than the horns locked to faces for Aura. Serious yikes. I imagine this will impact their popularity.

I'm pretty sure viera has less options that other races do. From what seen in benchmark I sure won't be changing to another race anytime soon. Character creation is big let down with no new sliders or options.

I will be surprised if the buyable hairstyles don't work on them, but all things considered I am rather let down by the lack of options. I get they were under a time crunch but I almost wish they had focused on one new race and added the other either into the expansion cycle or for the next expansion entirely.

I can't remember completely but didn't people think the HW cc was limited but turned out to be the full suite of options?
