I think that its quite likely they want to do this since it will add a lot of options to the player (male viera would be popular and female hrotgar will be the first beastial female race) and the vibe I at least got from the letter was: We'd like to do it so if we find a way to do it we'll do it without hurting the game

Yeah because clearly name calling and being disrespectful is going to do inspire them to make changes. So going by your logic, It's fine to be disrespectful with our feedback because one of the new jobs wasn't a healer? Really? That is like the epitome of entitlement.
