Because this could be the best Live Letter we've ever gotten and still someone WILL complain about something that either they don't like being changed, they don't like staying the same, or because something that they already got an answer to wasn't addressed with a new answer OR was addressed with the same answer.

It's a live letter, so I expect at least half its runtime will be used plugging merchandise or the phone app, maybe a second plug for the Daddy of Light movie.

Make Direct hit have no effect on Tanks/healers and make it only for DPS, as tenacity is only for tanks and Piety only for healers. In return, make Tenacity more valuable and add to piety another effect, such increase healing potency (but not damage). This way each one will have is own personal stat.

This way maybe I will stop melding damm DH on non DPS classes. I really want to meld Tenacity and piety, really...

Mmmh no. I don't think Piety is a good stat as it is now, I'd rather have healers getting fixed MP pools like DPS have, and MP recovery kits in their rotation. Then the melding would be aiming for builds of spell speed / Crit / DH as people prefer.
