Do ghimlyt dark for the first time, tell them I'm doing it for the first time, healer still gets huffy. starts pulling me around at random times with rescue, refuses to res me at the last boss and then complains they had aggro... because I was dead.

Tired of how uppity these people get. Its spoiled 90% of stormblood for me, I can't even enjoy a dungeon without some elitist getting mad about not knowing mechanics for a dungeon i've done 0 times before or not having gear from content I can't even have access to yet. I don't think I'm looking foreward to shadowbringers because even though those places are gonna be brand new for EVERYONE, someone will still find a way to make everything my fault. doesn't help that the wife just sits back and watches everyone gang up on me. whats the use of having a partner if they arn't there for you?

Finally got all 8 of my squadron members with "Offensive 5" ability.

Offensive 5 is great, by far the best Squadron trait.

15 minute Sohm Al runs, no queue, no drama, all the loot, second boss not even getting to spawn the green add. Best way to level.

I just ran Haukke on my alt for the story quest. Get inside, get everyone all protected, tank dies 1 second into pulling the first trash pack. Squishiest tank I've ever dealt with. Never once used any kind of CD, never once tried to grab aggro on all the mobs so the mobs were everywhere. The DPS were surviving much easier than the tank was.

The kicker: the tank had a level 70 paladin tank already.

I just had a healer in the Aery ask me why I was moving the second boss out of the poison stacks for my melee dps.

And then when I told them, the just typed "SMH" like I was wrong.

Like ok, I hope next time you heal that you get double melee dps and the tank leaves the bosses backside in the poison so you have to heal through the stacks of poison (That can't be esuna'ed)

Finally made it to level 50 on my alt's NIN (yay), and I need poetics. So I queue up for good ol' 50/60 Roulette. Apparently, I'd skipped over actually doing Brayflox HM when I was unlocking all the 50 dungeons on her, so we got the new player bonus. And the entire time the healer kept ranting about how the dungeon sucked and how new players never know how to do the last boss right. I was like "I'm not new, I'm just an alt" but they kept going on an on about it. Left immediately when we cleared and spent half the run AFK - no DPS, tank almost died multiple times because they were in Noct and not Diurnal, and couldn't even bother to put shields on the tank. But I guess that's what happens when you spend 15 minutes complaining about the easiest HM dungeon there is...

Personally, I love the "DPS In Need" queues where you end up waiting for 10~15 minutes. I thought I was in need, though. :c

I especially enjoy it when I'm queing as a dps and it says 15mins so I go make a sandwich and it ques in 5mins. I'm always like !@#$ make up your mind!!

The BLM in my Expert would cast Drain whenever they were damaged and I wasn't actively healing them. They still couldn't be bothered to stand in the Asylum bubble though.

My main story is about a World of Darkness run the other day though - guys, we saw the snakes. This is not a drill. The dps was so low that the snakes were an actual thing.

We actually wiped to Cloud of Darkness two times. A SAM in another party kept typing "meteors" in chat (actually typing too, I only know because he mistyped a few times) and at one point my WHM snapped at him and said "We wouldn't be seeing so many [expletive] meteors if people stopped talking and did actual damage!"

I know who I commed.

Well tonight I had a healer that barely healed at all. They let my HP hit zero like they randomly went AFK or something and made no effort to revive me. So I respawned and ran back, the lack of healing and random AFK went on the whole dungeon. The machinist in the group said the healer was new,but that doesn't explain the random times he went AFK. If he had said he needed a minute I would have waited,but he went AFK a lot without a word each time, but we did eventually clear so there's that at least.
