[Suggestion] A way to make S rank hunts better

With the world visit system in place it seems S rank hunts (especially the ARR hunts) are becoming a big problematic issue amongst the community as a whole with everyone starting to get on edge and causing conflict to rise and with the coming of Shadowbringers it won't be anything but way too easy for just a couple of level 80's to solo ARR hunts faster than how it's being killed now making for even more rage to ensure and create backlash towards the devs for not implementing a fix to this issue.

My solution to this issue would happen to be implementing the level sync system with each S rank hunt to prevent this issue from continuing the way it is since it wouldn't be creating the upheaval that it's currently creating at the moment and instead calm it. It would prevent also people that love to snipe hunts with a small group because of the world visit system that wish to screw over the actual players of said server. A rank hunts as it is don't require anything but just a couple of players for the low level A rank hunts.

To be perfectly honest we can try to say with need to do such and such systems for the S rank hunts but to be realistic as the level cap increases here shortly by not having a level sync in place it will create more problems so if anything the level sync system really needs to be on all S ranks from now on as the norm.

If anything I would love for the devs to think about this idea on if it would be a great fix to the issue that's starting to pop up with S rank hunts amongst the community and if you feel it's a good idea please share it with others so that it can really be known for the devs to know it needs to have something like this in place from all the talk in the community.

level sync has been suggested for years now. obviously it's on the back burner if it's even being considered at all. Hunts are and always should be a free for all. it's not like they're going anywhere. the more people that get their tigers the less competition.

ARR hunts have been able to melt in this way throughout SB, it's just that people have decided to do only one hit, or switch to a healer and spam heals on the tank, doing no damage of their own. If they melt it's because people did their DPS opener on it, but this is usually by people who don't know a lot about hunts yet. Even since cross-world I'm often able to get 10 casts off, because people are usually sensible enough not to do an opener.

They revealed at a fanfest Q&A that making hunts into FATEs would be a workable solution, but that they have no spawn condition system, and that this will take time to add so we'll have to wait until they are not busy (after 5.0 sometime). Whether that or something else ends up being their solution, we'll see.

The more demand and discussion the more likely they'll address it.

Hunts are dead content. They'll introduce a few more in 5.0 and they'll call it a day. I see all these suggestions people give and not a single one has been implemented in almost 5 years. This is probably the one piece of content that hasn't seen any significant changes so it's obvious SE doesn't care so players should probably start doing the same.

I mean, who cares at this point if someone solos or snipes something. You can easily get 20 in a day without even trying.

When I spawn any hunt I see lots of people take a trip to kill enemies for their daily hunt bills every hour, so it's not dead. SB A trains seem very popular on all worlds, and seeing as there has always been armies showing up to Rank S mobs even before cross-world, the content clearly isn't dead.

They want a casual open world content that gives you something easy and fun to do with people on your own world instead of content always having to be under the pressure of a dungeon. That's why they added hunting, treasure hunting and sightseeing all around the same time. They don't want to give it a huge amount of attention but they do want these sorts of contents to exist.

Personally I like see them put a buff on the mob that make the near impossible to kill unless have a lot of people(100+) and as time go past the buff weakens till there no buff at all after 10 min. To me this would be a lot easier to do then lvl cap system and more efficient and fun then the barrier system. Also can we please invite people while in party finder SE. Also change it that either A being in zone give you some credit or just hitting mob gives you full credit. These 3 things will make hunts great again.

putting hunt parties together via PF seems backwards these days. it was a thing in 2.x but it's just plain easier now to shout for an invite instead.

Easier for you to shout, a headache for the party leader who has to keep scrolling through chat looking for people who want an invite, try inviting them, get a "this player is already in another party message" try moving onto the next player. Not to mention if you've got dozens of people looking for an invite, someone can get missed and have to keep asking.

I list a PF and have a full party within 10-15 seconds. If I'm looking to join a PF I can see which has room, if the one I already tried to join has filled up, I click the next one and join it. Again, I'm in a party in the same time (or less) that I would have spent shouting for an invite.

PF is far superior in all ways.

The way to make the new x-worlds S rank hunts better: Build the Wall! Since xworlds if you don't use outside apps (Horus and Discord) mainly to alert you to the current S rank you are up the creek w/o a paddle. A well known farm group which will remain nameless but everyone on my server group knows who they are, from the xworld server calls out in Discord then by the time our server relays hit IF you are lucky enough to have someone relaying within game, will run and kill the boss within 2-3 min of the original discord notice. This "group" moves from server to server withing the xworlds sucking up every S rank when the timer pops. I have even been attempting to spawn, had a linkshell callout and missed the kill.

People are famous for messing with timers on these apps so I can't really tell when to attempt to spawn anymore. I'm like: is the timer correct or am I fishing, popping maps or killing fates for a certain boss that is already long dead? Is the timer really correct?? DC messes with my pc so I don't use it nor should I have to utilize ANY outside app when accessing content. I have not seen A ranks as an issue just S ranks but they are making people real cranky. I am for xworld Wanderers not receiving credit for S ranks period on other servers due to the long timers and forced outside apps needed to attempt content I am paying for.

Stop scrolling then. Just invite who you can see in your chat log, and wait for people to shout again.
